Key objectives include achieving 9.8% annual growth, raising literacy rates to 70%, and reducing poverty by 13%. Additionally, the plan envisions $60 billion in exports by 2029, with a focus on increasing IT exports by $5 billion annually and establishing 100 software technology parks.

The plan also seeks to tackle national issues such as circular debt, subsidies, and greenhouse gas emissions, while enhancing transport infrastructure, including a multi-billion-dollar railway upgrade with Chinese funding.
