Pakistan’s Hassan Usmani triumphed at the Ashkabat Open Tennis Tournament in Turkmenistan, clinching the title in the Under-14 category.
In a dominant final, Usmani defeated Turkmenistan’s second seed, Suleyman Khodiberdiev, with a commanding 6-1, 6-0 victory. Usmani, who entered the tournament with a wildcard entry, displayed exceptional skill throughout the competition.
After beating the eighth seed in the pre-quarterfinals and overcoming the fourth seed in the quarterfinals, he went on to secure the championship. With five victories in total, Usmani won 10 sets and dropped only one, showcasing his remarkable form and determination on the court.
