In a major initiative to boost tourism and attract foreign investment, the Pakistani government has introduced visa-free entry for travelers from Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
Under the new policy, citizens of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) can now enter Pakistan without a visa and stay for up to 90 days. Immigration authorities at all airports have been instructed to implement this policy seamlessly.
Furthermore, new guidelines have been issued to allow travelers from 120 additional countries to enter Pakistan under a visa grant notice.
