The Chairman of the Saudi-Pakistani Business Council lauded the premium quality of Pakistani rice, highlighting its rising status in the Saudi market. Efforts by the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) have played a crucial role in this success.
As per SIFC official Shahjehan Malik, Pakistan aims to hit a $5 billion export target in the next fiscal year, focusing on advanced research into seeds and the promotion of standardized agricultural practices. Pakistan’s Basmati rice continues to strengthen its position as a premium product in global markets.
