Maryam Nawaz Sharif launched the Maryam Nawaz Health Clinic
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif launched the “Maryam Nawaz Health Clinic” initiative, upgrading 150 health centers across Punjab into modern clinics with advanced facilities comparable to top private establishments. These clinics will feature state-of-the-art technology, with patient carefully managed through a digital system.
During the launch, Chief Minister Sharif distributed appointment letters to doctors and engaged warmly with them, while Provincial Minister Khawaja Imran Nazir lauded her leadership, calling her a “Super CM.” The initiative aims to transform healthcare accessibility and quality across the province.
In a related effort, MRI services have been introduced in district hospitals under a public-private partnership. Agreements were signed to launch MRI scanning services in Sheikhupura and Bahawalnagar at a cost of Rs. 399.2 million, further improving diagnostic facilities in Punjab.
