Maryam Nawaz has officially launched five new hybrid double-decker buses
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has officially launched five new hybrid double-decker buses to enhance eco-friendly tourism in the province. These buses will serve multiple routes in Lahore, aiming to boost metropolitan tourism.
Plans are also in place to expand the service, with additional buses set to be introduced in Bahawalpur and Rawalpindi, as well as new double-decker services in Multan and Faisalabad.
In Lahore, three of the newly launched buses will operate from Gaddafi Stadium, linking passengers to key tourist attractions throughout the city. Following the inauguration, CM Maryam Nawaz took a ride on one of the buses to explore its features and firsthand experience the service.
