The Islamabad education sector is set to introduce computer and AI classes in 150 primary schools under the Federal Directorate of Education next week.
This initiative aims to equip students with essential tech skills, preparing them for the challenges of a digital world.
In a collaborative effort between the Ministry of Federal Education and the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), the program ensures an innovative and relevant curriculum, delivered by qualified and trained computer fellows.
Developed in consultation with leading technology companies, the curriculum focuses on foundational computer skills and artificial intelligence concepts, designed to engage young learners effectively.
To support this initiative, the IT infrastructure in these schools will be upgraded, providing students access to the latest technology and resources.
