Belarusian Minister for Energy Aleksei Kushnarenko has offered electric buses to Pakistan, aligning with the country’s goals for sustainable transport. This proposal was made during a meeting with Pakistan’s Minister for Economic Affairs, Ahad Cheema, aimed at strengthening economic ties and collaboration.
Minister Cheema expressed appreciation for Kushnarenko’s participation in the 7th Session of the Joint Ministerial Commission (JMC), reaffirming Pakistan’s commitment to the decisions made. He also highlighted the benefits of Belarusian agricultural technology for Pakistan’s agriculture-based economy and welcomed the Belarusian delegation’s support.
Both ministers praised recent Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) in the textile sector as a significant advancement in bilateral cooperation. Cheema invited Belarusian investors to explore opportunities in Pakistan, promising a secure investment environment.
