Hadiqa Kiani and Maharang Baloch recognized in the BBC’s ‘100 Women for 2024’ list

Hadiqa Kiani and Maharang Baloch have been recognized in the BBC’s ‘100 Women for 2024’ list, celebrating their inspiring contributions.

Kiani, a renowned singer and songwriter, is also known for her humanitarian efforts, including her Vaseela-e-Raah project to aid flood victims in Balochistan and South Punjab.

Baloch, a medical doctor and activist, gained prominence for leading a 1,600km march in 2023

Her human rights work earned her a spot on TIME100 Next 2024.

Both women join a distinguished group of global change-makers, including Sunita Williams and Nadia Murad.
