Pakistan Railways plans to launch Special trains for Sikh Pilgrims
Pakistan Railways (PR) has announced the launch of two special trains to facilitate Sikh pilgrims attending their annual religious event.
The first special train will depart from Karachi on November 12 at 10:30 PM, with a shuttle train starting from Larkana at midnight to merge with it at Rohri station. The second train will depart from Nankana Sahib on November 16 at 4:00 PM, while a return shuttle train will head from Rohri to Larkana.
These arrangements are designed to ensure smooth and convenient travel for pilgrims from various regions. This initiative comes after similar special services for the Tableeghi Jamaat and a 50% fare concession for specially-abled passengers.
