India has issued visas to 82 Pakistani pilgrims for the annual Urs of the revered Sufi saint Khwaja Nizamuddin Auliya in Delhi.
These visas were granted under the Pakistan-India protocol framework, enabling the pilgrims to join the five-day celebrations from October 19 to 25. The pilgrims will make their journey to Delhi through the Wagah Border to partake in this significant religious event, which honors the legacy of Khwaja Nizamuddin Auliya, an influential figure in South Asian Sufism.
The annual Urs attracts devotees from various regions, strengthening cultural and religious bonds between Pakistan and India.
