Pakistan’s Muhammad Asim Khan Wins Charlottesville Open squash title

Pakistan’s Muhammad Asim Khan claimed his first Professional Squash Association (PSA) World Tour title on Sunday by defeating England’s top-seeded Nick Wall in the final of the Charlottesville Open.
Khan, who entered the tournament unseeded, secured a 3-1 victory in a demanding 65-minute contest. After narrowly losing the first game 12-14, he mounted a strong comeback, taking the next three games 12-10, 11-5, and 11-6 to clinch the title.
The Charlottesville Open, a PSA World Tour Copper event, featured a prize pool of $28,750. Along with the title, Khan earned 500 ranking points, likely boosting his world ranking.
