Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Meets Bill Gates

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif held a meeting with Mr. Bill Gates, founder and co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), during the 79th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA 2024).

The Prime Minister recalled Mr. Gates’ recent visit to Pakistan in June and expressed gratitude for the invitation to visit the Gates Foundation in Seattle in December 2024.

He commended BMGF for its support in key areas like polio eradication, maternal and child health, nutrition, immunization, digitization, and financial inclusion.
