The signing ceremony was attended by the Federal Minister for Petroleum, who expressed optimism about the cooperation strengthening energy sector ties between Pakistan and China. The agreement brings together OGDCL’s expertise in exploration and production with CCDC’s drilling and upstream oil field services.
