KP government plans to install a chairlift from Naran to Saiful Muluk Lake
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government plans to install a chairlift from Naran to Saiful Muluk Lake under a public-private partnership project.
The chairlift will promote tourism in Kaghan Valley and provide an alternative mode of transportation for visitors, especially those who are scared of jeep traveling or have medical conditions.
The feasibility report for the project is being finalized, and once completed, the remaining formalities will be addressed to execute the venture.
The chairlift will have stations in Naran and Saiful Muluk Lake, which falls under the Wildlife Department’s jurisdiction. The government aims to explore more tourist attractions and boost existing recreational resorts like Kaghan Valley.
